How to edit a users account details

How to edit a users account details

A range of details can be edited once a user has been added to the portal. Note this can only be done by a manager of the subscription. 

To edit/update a users details follow the below steps:

  • In the search bar, type in the name of the user.
  • On the right of the screen there will be 3 options ( Usage, edit or delete) 
    • Select edit
  •  Select the parameters in-which the details need to be changed.
    • Note if you change a users email and or password, the next time that user try to login they will need input the new login details. 
  • At the bottom click save.
  • Done
