Can I change my login details ?
Yes, this can be done either by yourself or by contacting Support to get assistance from one of the technical assistance members.
Editing and updating a users login
- Using the current login details, login to the Polar Monitoring Portal and load the home screen dashboard.
- Click on the users tab.
- Full list of users under the subscription/s available will be shown.
- Search the username
- On the far right of the screen click edit
- From the edit user screen, the details can be updated and saved.
- Note that only managers of the subscription will be able to edit user’s details.
- Click “Save”
