How do I get my login details?

Should there be an issue logging in or forgotten the login details, follow the below steps:

• Ensure the correct letters are capitalized if required. Passwords are case sensitive 
• Ensure there are no unnecessary spaces before after or between your username and password

Should the above be correct:

• Contact your sales representative and they will send through your details 
• Contact the manger of the subscription and they can login to check the details and if required re-set.
