User Roles
User Roles
The Polar Cloud has a number of different user roles to control access and ensure safety of the sites that are connected to the system. Below is a list of the roles available.
Multiple roles can be active at once, i.e one could be a technician and manager. This would provide the highest level of access to the system.
However the lower role will take priority, so if one adds themselves as a manager and a read only then the read only will overwrite the manager privileges.
