CLOUD UPDATE: Smarter Cost Insights and Faster Support

Polar Monitoring continues to evolve the Polar Cloud platform with practical tools that turn data into actionable insight. We  introduced two important updates designed to improve operational efficiency and customer support.

Introducing the Polar Cloud Tariff Engine

The new Tariff Engine is designed to help customers optimise time-of-use performance by applying tariff structures directly to monitored data.

Rather than focusing only on consumption, this feature provides clear visibility into when energy usage is most expensive and where adjustments can reduce overall operational costs.

What the Tariff Engine Enables
  • Visibility into cost impact based on time-of-use
  • Identification of high-cost operating periods
  • Improved scheduling and operational planning
  • Cost optimisation without compromising performance

This capability is especially valuable for operations running energy-intensive or time-sensitive systems.

A dedicated Tariff Engine widget is now available on the Polar Cloud portal, allowing users to request access and learn more about how this solution can support their operations.

New Feature: Support Ticket Requests Now Live

We have launched a Support Ticket Request feature within the Polar Cloud portal. Customers can now log and track support queries directly from their dashboard, ensuring faster response times and improved communication with our support team.
How to Create a Support Ticket
  • Step 1: Log in to your Polar Cloud portal
  • Step 2: Navigate to the Support or Help section
  • Step 3: Click on “Create New Ticket”
  • Step 4: Enter your request details and attach any relevant information
  • Step 5: Submit your ticket and track progress within the portal
