How to add alert groups
How to create alert groups
Alert groups are used to create a group of users that will receive the alert SMS and or email for the certain device/s.
To create an alert group follow the below steps:
- From the home screen select alert groups
- From the alert groups page, the full list of alert groups will be shown.
- To create a new group, click the green plus button on the right of the screen
- All parameters need to filled in
- Once done click create
- Now the group is created, users will needed to be added to this group.
- Click the green plus button to add users
- Fill in the full list of parameters
- Note only users associated to the subscription can be added to the alert group.
- Click add user
- Done
