Adding A Device
How to add a device
In the devices tab you will see the full list of devices in which you have access to.
From here you can simplify the devices by filtering them by subscription or device type.
To add devices to follow the below steps:
- Click the green plus button on the left underneath Serial No.
- Now click on the setup tab shown
- Select the subscription the device will be associated to
- Input the serial number
- This can be found on the front of the device, it’s a 9-digit code comprised of numerical and alphabetical digits.
- Input a name for the device
- Typically, the device or the units its connected to
- Using the map view, input a location for the device.
- This allows for viewing devices over a map.
- Click setup
- Done
